Transformational Breath and Shamanic Journey Class

Passage of Power – Engaging the Mystery of Adulthood

This is an introductory class for women interested in developing themselves in preparation to be the wisdom keepers for our communities. Through in-depth internal explorations, participants will come to a place of awareness and ownership of the unique gifts they are here to share. This is part of a necessary rite of passage that is not formally offered to us in this culture. Mother/Daughter Introductory Meditation Class

This class provides an avenue for adolescent and teenage daughters to learn how to manage stress in a powerful way. It is an opportunity for mothers to engage their daughters, gifting them with this practice of meditation that will serve them for a lifetime. For daughters age 12 and up. Womb as Altar of the Feminine

Embracing the Inner Goddess

This is an in-depth exploration taking us more deeply into the mystery of ourselves as emanations of the Goddess. Year-Long Medicine Wheel Training for Modern Times II -FULL
This is a four-part shamanic immersion training designed to awaken and unfold dormant abilities within, and to deftly navigate the constantly shifting energies we are experiencing. Participants will be enriched and resourced both in their personal spiritual journeys as well as in their abilities as practitioners to call on powerful healing and divination techniques.
The training consists of self-realization work through the energies of the four directions, South, West, North and East. Through shamanic practices that include journeying, mandala work, initiations, contact with our ancestors, use of stones, and more, we will open to the larger forces within and without. Personal empowerment and self-authority will deepen throughout this exploration. A congruent, clear relationship with spirit helpers in their many forms will be emphasized throughout the training.
Taking this journey with others for a determined time serves to strengthen community, bolstering bonds and deepening the individual experience as others witness our development. We will nurture our inner Elder and develop our integrity and power in service to the Sacred in everything. This is highly transformative and highly life- changing work.
The training will consist of four weekends, Fridays, 10am till 9pm, Saturdays, 10am till 6pm, and Sundays 10am till 1pm. Cost for each weekend immersion is $350.00 which includes lunches and one dinner. As each weekend builds onto the next, participants must commit to attending for the year.

Course Description
Through transmissions from the Mayan Mother Goddess, Ix Chel, we will engage our bodies and heart-centers to discover our hidden potentials as women of power. Guided meditation, visualization, journaling, and exercises in self-love will open the portal to our inner chamber of wisdom and intuition, connecting us to the goddess within and our untapped power.
My book, ‘ Ix Chel Wisdom: 7 Teachings from the Mayan Sacred Feminine,’ will be the guide, taking participants deeply within to discover their potentials. Participants will learn techniques for manifesting, healing and clearing. The body has abilities that we have never been taught in our society. Through the understanding that light is in matter, students will learn to engage the body and the natural world around us to expand consciousness, opening us to a whole new way of existing in the world.
